SMR 9 Tool

The tool below will help you to comply with the changes to the Cross Compliance Handbook, in particular those referenced in Statutory Management Regulation 9 (SMR9).

In assessing Single Farm Payment applications, The Rural Payments Agency will be examining parcels of land claimed for to ensure the correct use of plant protection products.

Rural Payments Officers will be checking that products employed from 1st January 2007 have a valid and current registration and have been applied as per the label text.
